Cast Iron Plate:
The cast iron plate of the piano, shaped like an ‘X’ and reinforced at the back, is crafted using a high-hardness manganese steel wet sand casting technique. This design offers exceptional hardness and stability. It not only extends the length of the strings effectively but also improves the piano’s resonance, producing tones that are exceptionally pure and refined.

Soundboard, Ribs:
Made from reinforced solid wood laminated soundboard crafted from Russian spruce adorned with fish-scale patterns, this design ensures stable tone quality in different climates. The soundboard and ribs guarantee a consistent tone, producing excellent, smooth, and deep tones.

Solid Wood Reinforced Backposts:
Created with five sturdy pine backposts using a specialized non-uniform backpost technique, this design offers even support for the piano’s sound system, especially under varying string tension. This ensures long-term stability and resonance while preventing deformation. The innovative design enhances the piano’s stability, weather resistance, and durability even under significant tension.

Double Back Check Solid Wood Action:
The piano features a double back check solid wood action, expertly crafted from premium solid wood materials and equipped with an aluminum alloy total check. This design ensures stable hammers without any wobbling, while the dampers are made from imported original materials. The double back check action enhances the single back check action, providing precise volume control and prolonging sound during intricate performances.

Keyboard:
Crafted following European piano traditions, the keyboard is made of high-quality oriental solid wood, featuring fish-scale spruce with fine textures sourced from the Alps, over 1200 meters above sea level. The black keys are meticulously fashioned from African natural ebony, guaranteeing consistency and resistance to deformation through secondary drying and degreasing methods. The white keys are created using advanced ivory simulation technology with special imported materials, ensuring a smooth surface, excellent slip resistance, delicate texture, and comfortable touch. This design enhances the performer’s mastery of the keyboard, enabling greater expressive capabilities.

Hammers:
The hammers are crafted from top-notch German Filzfabric Wurzen FFW, with the bass section utilizing three-layer thickened wool felt. These hammers possess excellent hardness and elasticity, resulting in an ideal sound quality with deep richness. They maintain lasting delicacy, overtones, and resonance, enhancing the overall piano performance.

String Pins:
Constructed from premium tungsten steel, the string pins undergo heat treatment and chrome plating, making them highly resistant to rust and deformation. This ensures their durability and long-term stability in tuning.

String Plate:
The string plate is created by compressing 17 layers of superior hard maple through stacking and hot pressing. This method results in a high-density plate, providing stable tension resistance and preserving the piano’s pitch stability over time.

Bridges:
Crafted from carefully chosen North American hard maple, the elongated bridge facilitates efficient sound conduction and swift, precise vibration transmission from the strings to the soundboard. This design ensures excellent string lengths for both mid and low tones, leading to prolonged sustain.

Strings:
The bass strings, created using authentic German ROSLAU piano strings, consist of steel wires wrapped around solid pure copper wires. Despite enduring high tension, these strings preserve their beautiful tonal quality, guaranteeing pure and stable piano tones.

Middle Pedal:
The middle pedal is crafted from carefully chosen solid wood panels, providing resistance against weather conditions and deformation.

Linkage System:
Designed with a substantial all-solid wood linkage system made from birch, this construction significantly reduces piano resonance and harmonics. This system is paired with a high-quality metal pedal, offering comfortable and precise control while maintaining a straightforward and practical design.

Soft Close:
Featuring a premium soft-close mechanism, the key cover operates smoothly and securely, ensuring safe and effortless opening and closing.

Hardware:
The hardware undergoes treatments to prevent rust and oxidation, and certain parts are gold-plated to enhance their durability significantly.

Shell Coating:
It utilizes eco-friendly non-saturated resin paint designed specifically for pianos, effectively minimizing harmful gas emissions from the paint. Advanced techniques like electrostatic spraying and automatic oil dripping are applied to create a smooth, durable surface that is resistant to static, dust accumulation, and wear.

Tuning:
The piano undergoes seven tuning sessions to guarantee uniform key touch and achieve optimal sound quality.
